Welcome to the Homepage of the Institute for Forest Growth

Researchers at the Institute for Forest Growth study the growth of trees in their environment, develop decision tools for controlling forest growth and provide basic methods for the exploration of tree growth. Research and study programs are closely linked on a national and international level and scientific findings are enhanced and distributed through events, publications, as well as national and international study program.
